Endure the Process

By Eric Schroeder

I recently received a word from the Lord and saw a vision where the Lord showed me a raw diamond that was uncut and unpolished.  There was no shine to it and looked like a normal stone.  This unpolished stone was then taken through a process of chiseling, cutting, and polishing.  In the end there was a beautiful, shiny, polished, valuable cut stone.  It was glamorous and reflected the light in a marvelous way. There is something about seeing the sparkle of a diamond in the light.

The Lord then said to me it is time that He is taking His church through the refining process.  He said that the church has lost its glamour, sparkle, and desire.  He said we must endure the process but on the other side we are going to be more vibrant than before.  We are going to be that glamorous church that will draw others to it once again.

It is going to be a process that some are not going to want to endure as it results in allowing God to chisel us, cut the dirt away, and then polish us so we can shine.  If we choose to endure the process, we will come out on the other side looking vibrant.  As in the diamond-cutting process it doesn’t happen overnight but rather it takes time.  Each cut is researched and checked before the cut is made.  The diamond cutter wants to make a cut that will bring out more sparkle or the greatest vibrance that the stone can give.

The Lord wants us to shine bright and be the best we can be for the Kingdom of God.  He wants us to fulfill our destinies and have abundant life.  In order to reach the fulfillment, we must allow the Lord to continue to mold us or cut away the junk in order to bring out the brilliance that is in each and everyone of us.

The Lord is called the refining fire in Malachi 3:2 but He in the same scripture is called the Fuller’s or Launderer’s soap which means that He will remove the impurities or uncleanliness. So, we need to allow the Lord to come in and get rid of the filth from our lives in order that we can be clean and shine bright.

Again, it is a process that we must be willing to endure, but the outcome in the end is bright.  We need to say Lord, do Your refining work in me.  I want to shine bright for Your kingdom and fulfill all the destinies You have for me.

God Bless of you, and don’t be afraid to Endure the Process. In the end we will forget about the pain but will have a testimony to tell.
